Main Street Tattoo Collective may use Square for appointment scheduling, payment processing, customer communications, and loyalty or rewards services.

When you use these services, certain information may be collected and processed directly by Square. Information provided through Square is also subject to Square's applicable privacy policies and terms.

Main Street Tattoo Collective does not directly receive or store complete payment card information processed through Square.

Squarespace

Our website is hosted through Squarespace. Squarespace may collect technical information and use cookies or similar technologies necessary to operate, secure, and analyze the website.

Information processed by Squarespace is subject to Squarespace's applicable privacy policies and terms.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate properly, understand how visitors use the site, remember preferences, measure website performance, and improve the visitor experience.

Text Messages and Email Communications

If you provide your phone number or email address, we may use that information to communicate with you regarding appointments, inquiries, transactions, or other services you have requested.

If you separately consent to receive promotional emails or text messages, we may also send information about promotions, events, availability, or other Main Street Tattoo Collective news.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe option provided in those messages. Where applicable, you may opt out of promotional text messages by following the instructions provided with the message.

Consent to receive promotional communications is not a condition of purchasing our services.

With appropriate permission, Main Street Tattoo Collective may photograph completed tattoos or piercings for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or promotional purposes.

We will not intentionally publish personally identifying information with portfolio photographs unless authorized or otherwise permitted by law.

Our website is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate authorization.

Tattoo and piercing age requirements vary depending on the service and applicable law. Identification and parental or legal guardian consent may be required for certain services.

Sharing of Information

We may share information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate our business, website, booking system, payment processing, communications, loyalty program, analytics, or other business functions.

Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how Main Street Tattoo Collective handles your information, please contact us:

You may also contact us through the contact form available on our website.

One thing I'd recommend in Squarespace: link “Privacy Policy” in the footer on every page, alongside Terms/Policies if we create those. Because you're connecting Square and potentially collecting marketing consent, we should also make sure the Squarespace forms don't automatically imply consent to promotional texts just because someone gives the shop their phone number.
